Beatsbrew is a web application that allows users to generate sound samples using text prompts. Users are granted 25 free credits per month to generate samples. Additional credits and functionality is accessible through paid plans.
By using the Beatsbrew website and services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
2. Accounts and Credits
To use the Beatsbrew service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Users are granted 25 free credits per month to generate sound samples. Additional credits can be purchased through paid plans. The cost of each plan and the number of credits included in each plan are displayed on the Beatsbrew website.
Unused credits do not carry over from month to month and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. Intellectual Property
The Beatsbrew website and services, including all content, software, and technology, are the property of Beatsbrew and its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Beatsbrew website or services, or create derivative works based on the Beatsbrew website or services, without the prior written consent of Beatsbrew.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
The Beatsbrew website and services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
